The cashback will be calculated on your statement date. For example: For customers with a statement date (billing cycle) on the 23rd - Spends posted between 23rd and 22nd of every month will be considered.

To redeem your cashback: - Visit Mashreq Online Banking on mashreq.com for online redemption, or - Call the Direct Banking Center at 04-4244444 and place a request for the same. The cashback will be credited within a maximum of 3 working days into the Cashback Credit Card account. 

the cashback earned has a maximum validity of 18 months from the date of earning. If the cashback is not redeemed within this period, it will be expired.

Joining Offers

Joining bonus offer of AED 500 on Cashback card, AED 500 on Platinum Elite card and AED 2,000 on Solitaire card.

  • Minimum retail spend of AED 4,500 required in first 2 months to avail this offer.
  • Applicable cashback will be credited by the end of the third month. For e.g.: a card issued in June 2021 needs to spend a minimum of AED 4,500 by Aug 31, 2021. The cashback will be credited by Sept 30, 2021.
  • AED 500 cashback is applicable only for customers new to Mashreq Credit Cards. Existing customers (or card cancelled in last 6 months) will be eligible for AED 100 cashback.
